Mentorship circle opens for early-career staff
KAMSA’s mentorship circle pairs early-career professionals with experienced members who understand both the demands of healthcare work and the nuances of Korean American community life.
Pairs meet monthly — over coffee, virtually, or after association events — to discuss career growth, workplace navigation, research pathways, and personal balance. Mentors also help newcomers find cultural community in Rochester.
The program is open to KAMSA members across clinical, research, and administrative roles. Allies who support our mission are welcome to participate as mentors where appropriate.
